As a business we are actively committed to fairness, justice and equality. We find organisations and brands which align with our values, which we can support and incorporate into the day to to day ethos of who we are.

We're proud to have earned the Great Place to Work Certification, thanks to our people. Our company culture is our top priority. 96% of our employees surveyed said that they are made to feel welcome when they join WOTSO.

CREATE Foundation is the national consumer body representing the voice of children and young people with an out-of-home care experience. WOTSO came to support the CREATE Foundation as one of our Directors Richard Hill, was the chairman for many years.

Nova works exclusively with people with various disabilities or significant barriers to work. WOTSO now has 7 Nova employees across 4 WOTSO locations. We couldn't imagine our lives without their valuable daily contribution to our business.

2016 - 2018 Career Trackers is a national non- profit with the goal of creating pathways and support systems for indigenous young adults to attend and graduate from university. WOTSO shares the vision for the future of Indigenous Australians partnering with Career Trackers.

Aiding communities around Australia that are effected by Domestic Violence. WOTSO has partnered with DV Safe Phone now each WOTSO location is a DV Safe Phone collection point.

We are a business that responds to the needs of our members. For that reason, we responded to the Australian lockdowns by offering our members the choice to suspend their membership for the lockdown period.
Social Impact
WOTSO makes meaningful contributions to the greater social good
WOTSO Property is an Australian brand passionate about helping improve the daily lives of other Australians. WOTSO FlexSpace has established a variety of partnerships with organisations whose impact we can really see in the local community.

NSW experienced extreme flooding in March 2021. At that time WOTSO opened our doors to professionals who had been displaced or unable to make it to their office because of flooding. Offering free workspace for the month of March.

Supporting The Kids' Cancer Project for The Better Challenge Fundraiser. All WOTSO locations have participated in The Better Challenge two years in a row, 2021 raising $60K for kids with cancer and in 2022 raising $45K for better, kinder and more gentler treatments for kids with cancer.

WOTSO has supported the Kids' Cancer Project since 2017. Just one of the ways we show our support is by participating in initiatives and fundraisers. In 2017 we raised over $50K for the Kids' Cancer Project by shaving our heads!

Through a joint venture with Royal Far West Hospital WOTSO has converted the old hospital in Manly into a functioning office and workspace. 50% of the profits go to Royal Far West Hospital and supporting rural and remote children who need medical attention.

The Eastern Suburbs Cricket Club is one of Australia's largest junior cricket clubs. The ESCC has been a community cricket club since 1894. In that time, it has been of service to thousands of families both in the Eastern Suburbs area of Sydney and beyond.

The North Shore Australian Football Club is one of Australia's largest senior football clubs. In the past four years, they have been developing the women’s program to ensure it’s as established as the men’s league. WOTSO's sponsorship provides match day payments for the women ensuring they are being paid the equivalent to the men's teams.
Environmental Impact
We take actions that are environmentally friendly
Within our properties we are continuously finding ways to reuse, recycle, and upcycle. Ultimately working towards reducing our carbon emissions and doing our part for the environment.

WOTSO conducted a program of solar power installation. WOTSO currently has solar panels installed at five properties: Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Hobart, Villawood and Adelaide. WOTSO is in the progress of installing solar panels in another location in North Strathfield.

Soap Aid is a not-for-profit organisation recycling unused hotel soap and sending critical soap to communities facing major hygiene issues. Supporting the cause and eliminating waste, WOTSO locations use Soap Aid bathroom consumables across all our locations in refillable containers.

We’ve innovatively upcycled old go- kart tyres into pot planters, lights, tables and more. Timber and metals are stored from old sites and used for cladding of walls, new office fit-outs, tables and décor. WOTSO has 27 storage containers of materials to reuse, stored in a site in Wickham.
