Fund Management
BlackWall’s Fund management business has a track record of transforming, and developing property assets in a different way to the norm. We generate fees from this and pay dividends to our investors. We are at the forefront of the flexible property sector and believe that having 5,000 tenants is better than 50. We also invest in our funds so when they perform well we also benefit.
Bricks and Mortar
WOTSO Property (ASX:WOT) is our flexible real estate security, it’s investing in bricks and mortar with a twist.
Investors have exposure to the higher returns achieved through our flexible leasing workspace business (WOTSO), combined with the income and growth from an established property portfolio, which is similar to a traditional A-REIT offering.

Our current offering Pyrmont Bridge Road Mortgage Fund provides investors quarterly cash distributions, adopting a defensive strategy by investing in a second mortgage over a high-quality, capital stable and income producing asset.
